I’m going to Toronto tomorrow.

Obviously, if I was a smart person, I’d be packing right now. Actually, if I was a smart person I’d probably have packed three days ago and bought my ticket weeks in advance.

Instead I bought my ticket today (online, which actually means it’s more of a number than a ticket, which weirds me out a bit, but whatever) and while I hooked my laptop up to the printer to print out my ticket/number, I figured I may as well print out a drawing or two. Or eight. I just love prints! Besides the fact that they’re pretty, even on my terrible quality printer, it’s just so nice that they actually EXIST. As Tom so aptly put it, suddenly you have a physical manifestation of something that was purely digital! IT’S LIKE MAGIC!

Wee!

PRESENT SPAM!

Preseeeeenntssss. Organized all neatly. Kind of in the style of this tumblr. Which I love. Because for some reason despite my horrible incapacity for keeping things clean I do love setting them up all nicely. I also may have gone crazy with the 50mm following this.

I now gently direct your attention to my cargo collective site, where I just wrote possibly the most neurotic “about me” passage ever written by a human. Because apparently people enjoy reading those. So if you feel so inclined, you can go read that. Or just look at the pretty pictures and be surprised that I’m actually somewhat talented at something other than complaining and whoring myself on the internet. (Though I’m clearly more proficient at those two)

Had a date with an internet friend (luckily this didn’t lead to anyone being kidnapped, raped or murdered.) and he bought me this adorable pumpkin! I love pumpkins.

I’m thinking of naming him Marvin/Marten. (you get points if you know what each name is referring to)

As “interest” for me buying my sister’s cat’s insulin, (still ridiculously expensive shit) I made her buy me this. It’s a tiny LED keyring camera.

So cute. So useless. Of course I had to have it.

Woke up at the ultra early time of half past three this afternoon, hopped in the shower, decided to take a walk with my sister and her friend who showed up to pick up stuff they’d left here on Friday, went for “breakfast” with my sister, decided since I was already halfway there to go to Michelle’s, in order to pick up my iPod which happened to be in her posession, Buffy, Polaroids, and among other things, tickets to Greenday and Osheaga (!!!). After that, we went and took pictures in the forest (literally) and ate at Casse-Croute. It’s nice being so predictable that the waitress knows our orders by heart and we have our food literally in front of us within five minutes of walking in.

Aah, sometimes I really enjoy my life.
